Skunkworks is a place where people can come together to work and achieve their goals, regardless of who they are and where they come from.  In 2021, they approached us with their vision on employer branding, one that steers away from the traditional corporate message stating “how they care” and instead focuses on normalising the process of game development. ​

We wanted to create that authentic feel by using a mixture of scripted and ad-hoc creative scenes with real employees, forming bold visual stories that put an instant smile on viewers faces, make them think and most importantly give them a sense of how it feels to work at Skunkworks.
